Raising Role Models for societal emancipation, development and wealth creation.

Our Mission

CORE VALUES

We are driven by our core values with the acronym Result;

Resilience is the tenacity to succeed despite adverse conditions. In JCA, failure is not an option. We recognise and have only one possibility in all our endeavours - success. All stakeholders must develop competence, confidence (the lion heart), and character and should be able to contribute.  The “I can do mentality” is the only acceptable attitude and must be impacted on our children.

Excellence is the ability to achieve outstanding or superior results. We do not believe in mediocrity and our services, processes and outputs should have the seal of excellence. Distinction and merit are our driving force using competence, integrity, commitment, focus, passion and ownership spirit as our tools.

Service: Service drives value and value creators become contributors and role models looked up to in the society. Through our culture of exceptional service delivery qualities exceeding customers’ expectations, we become light that cannot be hidden. This domineering light can be seen clearly in our children – the role models we are raising.

Uprightness is our culture of decency, honesty, responsibility, peace and integrity powered by love. We must exhibit a high degree of good morals, honour, worthiness and righteousness. This should be the lens through which outsiders view us and our products.

Leadership is our ability to create positive change(s) by motivating and influencing others to earn their followership and contributions for success. We must therefore exhibit honesty, competence, candour, commitment, integrity, courage, creativity and so on to be successful leaders.

Transparency is the assurance we offer to all our stakeholders – staff, students, parents/guardians, regulators and outsiders through our openness and effective communication. We create trust in our stakeholders by being open and accountable and stamping out discrimination, nepotism and favouritism from the system.
