This Admission Policy specifies the procedure, requirements, and criteria for students to be admitted to Jubilee Capital Academy. All candidates will be treated fairly, openly, and equally under the policy, which upholds the academic and conduct requirements of the school.

A. Primary School Admission (Grades 1–6)
In order to be considered for primary school entrance, candidates need to:
Be in the appropriate age range, which is typically 5–6 years for Grade 1.
Submit a properly filled-out admissions form.

birth certificate or declaration of age.
Last school report (if transferring from another school).
The child's health state is shown by the medical certificate.
Two photos the size of a passport.
Participate in an admission exam (if applicable).

B. Getting accepted into junior and senior secondary schools
In order for candidates to be accepted into Senior Secondary School (SS1–SS3) or Junior Secondary School (JSS1–JSS3), they must:
Have successfully completed the previous grade (e.g., Primary 6 for JSS1 admission).
Submit a completed admission form.
Provide the following documents:
Birth certificate or affidavit of age.
Academic transcripts or recent school reports.
Transfer certificate (if applicable).
Two passport-sized photographs.
Medical report.
Pass the school’s entrance examination.
Attend an interview session with the admission committee.
Step 1: Application
Prior to the due date, parents or guardians must gather and turn in the admission form and any other documentation.
Step 2: Entrance Exam
Prospective students complete a written exam that evaluates their general knowledge, reading, and numeracy skills.

Successful applicants can get an interview invitation along with their parents or guardians.
Step 4: Admission Decision
